The city of Denton covers all major topics of sustainability in which they have strategic plans, community support and an optimistic attitude towards making the city a better place. While some sustainability factors were noticed years ago with research to build on, some factors have just recently been created. Researching the DMO of Denton, we can see the time and effort they are putting towards the environment they live in. Even the smallest acts of sustainable practices can make a difference in a community and even bigger, the whole state.
Below are a few awards that this city has received that shows their commitment over the years.
